Customers who aren’t Royal Perks members will have to sign up and download the app to take advantage of the deal, but the process is free and easy. Offering free Whoppers has been a big part of BK’s recent marketing plan, which they’ve deployed in response to current events or to draw a distinction between them and their competitors.
