Doritos Is Turning Iconic MTN Dew Baja Blast Drink Into A Chip

Doritos has just announced a limited-time chip flavor based on Taco Bell’s MTN Dew Baja Blast to celebrate the soda’s 20th anniversary – Doritos Baja Fiery Mango. This is the first time Doritos has introduced a Baja-inspired flavor and they describe the chips as “spice-packed and tangy” and it’s “another way the brand is showcasing its dedication to bringing unexpected flavor experiences to loyal Doritos fans.” 

The new chips are already available at select retailers and roll out nationwide beginning April 28 and come in 2.6-ounce, nine-ounce, and 18.3-ounce club-sized bags. You can also get them online in eight-count variety packs that include Doritos Nacho Cheese and Doritos Cool Ranch. 

In addition to the new chips, with the Baja Blast anniversary fans can scan the packaging of any Baja product to redeem accessories, Doritos x BAJAgear, electronics, and a Taco Bell Deal available at the Baja Blast shop. The 20th-anniversary celebration began back in January with an announcement that the Taco Bell-exclusive beverage would be sold at stores throughout 2024, and two limited-time Baja flavors were introduced in March – Laguna Lemonade and Point Break Punch. 

Finally, Taco Bell announced the return of MTN Dew Baja Blast Gelato at its Live Más event in FebruaryThe gelato was first tested in the summer of 2023 and is scheduled to show up at Taco Bell locations nationwide at the end of the summer for a limited time.
