Study Reveals Best Time Of Day For Exercise For Most Health Benefits

A recent study decided to do a deep dive into what time of day was best for getting the most benefit out of a workout. Performed by researchers at the University of Sydney, Australia, the study followed the “health trajectory” of almost 30K people for nearly eight years. Each participant was asked to wear a device that monitored physical activity in the morning, afternoon, and evening. What they found was that those who did most of their ”moderate to vigorous physical activity between 6 pm and midnight” had the “lowest risk of premature death and death from cardiovascular disease.” Do with that information what you will.
