TESLA guitarist Frank Hannon's latest project, "Six String Soldiers", is an album recorded at Hannon's Sacramento home studio, and features guest appearances by legendary guitarists Rick Derringer, Pat Travers, Dave Meniketti of Y&T and Dickey Betts from THE ALLMAN BROTHERS BAND (who happens to be the father of Hannon’s wife),.

Hannon said, "I was very fortunate to have some legendary guitarists contact me, starting with my father-in-law. I asked if he would do me the honor of doing a guitar solo on one of the new songs, and he obliged."
